The massages are not high quality but the prices are not high either. On the whole you probably get more than you pay for. It's a much better deal than you get at the hotels and they are only marginally better massages.
Although they use obnoxiously course towels for the headrest and to cover you with for the massage, the massage itself was quite refreshing overall. Updating to 3 stars after experiencing other spas that had soft linens and even better service.
I had the WORST gel pedicure ever here 2 weeks ago. The girl did not remove the old gel sufficiently so the new gel was lumpy and bubbly not smooth like it should be. I have been hiding my feet for the past 2 weeks. Additionally, she cut me several times and I was bleeding when I left. Even worse was that they tried to charge me over 400p when what they should have done was apologize profusely and offer me a free gel pedicure by a "trained" technician in the future. We finally settled on 240p which I never should have paid. Incredibly horrible experience, incredibly horrible was the lack of customer service after a botched job by a clear rookie.
